Li Tonglian International Group has started With a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction & integrity, designing and manufacturing Hot Rolled Seamless Steel Pipes in 2003, annual production capacity is 250,000Tons. Outside Diameter Range of pipes is from 21.3 ~ 711.3mm and Wall Thickness Range is from 2mm ~ 59.54mm.
With Accu-Rolled seamless steel pipe production line, major manufacturing process includes Taper Boring, Accu-Rolling and Three Roll Mini Tension Reducing process. The above process assures exactly sizing also keeps high quality on internal and external surfaces .
Equipped with online ultrasonic detection system, eddy current detection system, magnetic leakage detection system with Temperature Control System from Germany. And imported online Ultrasonic Detection System from England with multi-detecting capacity and covering the whole wall thickness testing for the pipe.
Equipped with advanced manufacturing process, complete test and inspection system, strictly process control system has assured stable and high quality pipes being produced in our workshop .
The pipes being designed and manufactured by our company have received API 5L, API 5CT monogram certificates, ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Certificate, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Safety and Health Administration Certificate, ISO 14001 Environment Management Certificates etc.
